In most cases goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of cleared funds. If there will be a delay, then we will notify you.
We use many different forms of delivery which will depend on weight and size of package along with where the delivery is to be made to. We deliver worldwide although most of our items online do not have that facility listed. If you live outside of the UK, then please email us for costs of delivery.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If you live locally to us then there is also a facility for you to place your order and collect from us, therefore avoiding a delivery charge.
